How far does Molly travel?
Molly is based in Ashford, Kent but loves to travel throughout the south of England. Prices are based on an event's location, so please get in touch for a no obligation quote.
How do I book Molly?
Initially you should fill-in the contact form or email us to check availability. A booking form with Molly's term and conditions will be emailed or posted. This should be returned via post or email with a deposit to secure the booking. Molly can get booked over a year in advance so please try and book as early as possible, especially if you are having a weekend Summer wedding or event.
What is the deposit/terms of payment?
We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking, this is non refundable should you need to cancel. The remaining balance plus an additional £100 damage deposit is payable 28 days before the event. This covers loss or damage to our fab range of props and accessories.
How long should I book Molly for my wedding/event?
We recommend booking a Caravan Photo Booth for 3 hours. Molly will be set-up an hour or so before, giving 3 hours of minimum operation. We'd found that 7-10pm the most popular for Summer weddings, perhaps an hour or so earlier in the Winter. It's great to have Molly open just as your reception meal finishes. For an additional small extra fee Molly can be in place earlier, before any guest arrive to help theme your wedding. Although normally locked until later, she can be used for fun photos.
What silly props are provided?
This is where Molly comes into her own. Forget about those cheesy cheap and cheerful props usually associated with tradition photo booths. Molly has loads of fantastic and high quality vintage photo booth props guaranteed to get your guests in the mood for fun! She has funky signs, dressing up items, hat, wigs, vintage items etc etc... and we are always adding fun and unique items!
How does the photo bit work?
Molly again here is quite unique and we feel can't be matched for the quality of photos. Molly doesn't have a fixed screen to pose in front of, instead she comes with a Professional Wedding Photographer with high end equipment. This leads to better interaction with guests, so really fun and unique photos are guaranteed. Our photographer is also happy to use guests own cameras and phones too, so that they can be instantly uploaded to social media. All the photos our photographer takes are uploaded to a password protected online gallery where guests can download and share their favourite pictures for free.
How many people can Molly accommodate?
Molly is quite small and nearly 50 years old, so we prefer to limit numbers inside to around 4 or 5. However as props are normally set up outside then there isn't really a limit to the number of guest having pictures with Molly in the background. We've had some really fab shots of stag and hen groups dressing up with Molly as the backdrop.
Do you need power access to operate the photo booth?
Where possible but not absolutely necessary as Molly does have her own power. So she is perfect for farm and festival weddings where the lack of a power supply would usually be a problem.
Do you have insurance to cover accidental damage or injury?
We do hold full public liability insurance. However we include in our booking terms and conditions that if damage occurs through misuse or misbehavior of guests then the hirer will be responsible for the damage.
And finally... Do you every have special offers or discounts?
Basically, never as we honestly feel Molly is totally unique and offers incredible value when compared to other photo booth ideas. We will always keep her affordable because we'd rather she be enjoyed at a wedding than on our driveway every weekend. However there is always a discount available should you book Molly along with a Wedding Photography Package offered by one of our recommended suppliers.
If you have any questions that aren't covered here please feel free to contact us. We love weddings and would be only too happy to discuss your plans and give unbiased advice.
